All new invoices will include our 4 pricing plans with attached invoices and payment options for work orders to be fulfilled and commenced. All invoices sent, delivered and received will have a 7-day validity period with preferred monthly or quarterly discounted options, and if the invoice isn’t paid after 7 days of communicating, there will be a file expiration. If your file is pulled back from our archives, we will charge a 10% start-up fee for new research development studies. All unpaid invoices after 30 days will be effectively processed with a 10% late fee increase every 7 days after due. Autopay options are available to avoid unpaid invoices and late fees.
